Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research to identify new technologies and trends.
• Analyze complex protocols, smart contracts, and market dynamics.
• Write specifications and supporting documentation to help developers implement our solutions.
• Develop new applications and solutions in blockchain technology.
• Design and build prototypes for new software solutions, enhancing functionality and performance, and addressing technological limitations.
• Tackle complex technical challenges with creative and effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Have a strong interest in decentralization and blockchain technologies.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements and demonstrate a passion for continuous learning.
• Experience with Solidity and other popular EVM toolkits.
• Ability to analyze complex systems to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Have proven experience in software development through academic projects, personal projects, hackathons, internships, or professional roles.
• Be knowledgeable of common Web3 tech stacks.
• Possess strong collaboration skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Have a "can-do" mentality, ready to take on challenges and responsibilities.
• Be able to create high-quality internal and external documentation.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in developing open-source projects.
• Previous experience in R&D roles.
• Research track record in DeFi or blockchain scalability.
