Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Senior Growth Marketer with 3-5 years of Web3 experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies tailored for a Web3 audience, with a focus on DeFi applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, and development teams to align growth strategies with product goals.
• Build and manage relationships with key ecosystem partners, fostering co-marketing opportunities.
• Drive and manage growth campaigns for centralized exchanges.
• Lead the rollout and growth of Telegram mini-apps, leveraging the platform for user interaction and engagement.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in a senior growth role within Web3, preferably in DeFi.
• Proven track record of crypto-native marketing and scaling applications in the Web3 space.
• Strong expertise in designing and executing growth strategies specifically for Web3.
• Hands-on experience with CEX campaigns or direct collaboration with CEXs is a significant plus.
• Experience in building and scaling teams effectively.
• Exceptional relationship-building skills, ideally with established connections in the Web3 industry and ecosystem partners.
• Experience launching and scaling Telegram mini-apps is highly desirable.
• Ability to work during US or EU hours.
