As the first licensed fork of Avalaunch, crafted exclusively for the Sei ecosystem, Seijin nurtures a community where innovative ideas receive the support and resources they need.   • Lead business development efforts by identifying, initiating, and nurturing strategic partnerships that align with Seijin’s goals and mission.
  • Drive the acquisition of high-potential projects to be launched on the Seijin platform, ensuring they meet our standards and criteria.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and technical teams to ensure seamless integration and successful project launch.
  • Represent Seijin at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to promote our platform and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Oversee the development and execution of business strategies to achieve Seijin’s objectives and growth targets.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency landscape, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
  • Provide regular updates to the executive team on business development progress, challenges, and opportunities.


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech industries.
  • Proven track record of establishing and managing strategic partnerships and business relationships.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising platforms, blockchain technology, and the broader cryptocurrency ecosystem.
  • Excellent leadership and team collaboration skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving priorities and challenges.
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid setting, with the ability to commute to our Belgrade office as needed.
